My main electric guitar is a 2004 Fender Strat, which I plug into a Fender Twin amp.
For effects, I use a Line 6 POD XT Live, and I'm happy to be a Line 6 endorser.
In my studio, I use Samson "Resolv 65a" monitors, and for some more guitar effects, the Zoom G2.1u is excellent & I recommend their stuff highly. Also, the Sabine AX 2000 tuner is a great product which I have used for years.
